Store Policies
These are the store policies of NFSeeds. If you order from us, you are agreeing to these policies.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
NFSeeds does not offer any returns or refunds for any reason at all. Once your blockchain transaction has been confirmed and your order placed on NFSeeds, your order is final.
A photo is taken of every order before shipment, if you receive a shipment and the wrong product is sent to you, please send us an email with a photo of the items in your shipment. If the pre-shipping photo confirms you were sent the wrong product, we will send you the correct product free of charge.
Do not send any products back to us, as the package will be refused and returned to sender.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is only available in states and countries where hemp is legal.
We ship in discreet and secure packaging to ensure that all orders arrive safely to our customers doors.
All orders are shipped within 3–7 business days after the order is placed.
During sales and new product releases, the volume of orders can cause the processing time to take up to an additional 7 business days.

Products are shipped in compliance with all hemp laws.
STANDARD SHIPPING
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the order is dispatched, .
You can file a claim by sending an email to support@nfseeds.io with your order number if you notice your tracking is delivered but you have not received it.
- If NFSeeds determines deliverability failed due to a non-customer issue, NFSeeds will send a second shipment.
WHERE WE SHIP
We offer delivery to the US (and soon many other countries). If your region or country appears on the list below—we DO NOT send there at this time. Even if we do send to your country/region/state at this time PLEASE NOTE: It’s not possible for us to know and track every law in every US state or country. We sell a collectible genetic kit for souvenir purposes. We will not knowingly send to an area where it is illegal for you to have them even as souvenirs. As the consumer you accept full responsibility for following the laws of your area. If your package is detained it is your responsibility to retrieve it or not. We do NOT refund orders.
It is also possible that your order may incur duty charges/taxes. You are responsible for knowing those charges and for paying them. If you choose not to pay the duty fees, the product will be returned to us and we will NOT resend or refund.
We will NOT change breeder packaging or break down seeds and send them in other objects, etc.
